Structural Engineers On June 7, 2007, Weeks & Associates surveyed the referenced site. Observations indicate a swale hed been cut in the back yard to allow drainage to the front of the yard. The west lot line cut undermines the fence for the adjoining lot We recommend a retaining wall be placed along the west lot line to prevent erosion from the adjoining lot.
