GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 3, Block 1, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3221 Ledgestone Court
This is to verify that on May 17, 2004 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 3
were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
