GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 1, Block 6, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3403 Wild View Drive
This is to verify that on January 15, 2004 the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 1
were surveyed under my supervision.
The tirades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
