GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 1, Block 1, Fossil Lake P.U.D. Second Filing, 3233 Ledgestone Court
This is to verify that on October 14, 2003, the "AS -BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 1 were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading plan.
