Swale 1, Swale 25, and Culvert S (please reftenm the final drainage plan) bave beau covou red in general comphaaoe with the design with the following exceptions listed below. The outlet structure for Water Quality Pond 2 has not been completed. Parts required to complete tho structure are on order, According to the developer, these parts should be obtained shortly, and construction of the outlet structure willbe completed. Once the outlet structure is complete, a sediment trap will be installed. Due to difficulties in installing sediment traps at the inlet of culvert 5, and at the olrttet of Swale 1.1 have told the contractor that straw bale dikes would be an acceptable alternauve at these locations. These have been put in place. The sediment trap at the outlet of WSW Quality Pond 2 should be put in place shortly. ',Ilia vohime for Water Quality Pond 2 was calculated as 1.90 acre-feet from the topography provided by Ift Surveyors. This is in excess of the required Water Quality Capture Vchrme of .92 atae-feet fisted in the drainage report. There are minor grading incousistencies throughout the first phase of the site; however, the performance of the drainage design, in my, opinion, will not be hindered. 420 SOUTH HOWES, SUITE 207 / COAT COLLINS, COLORADO 80521 1 270.221.4159 1 PAX 970.221.4159 MAY-02-2002 THU 12:23 PM EVERITT COMPANIES FAX NO. 19702234156 P. 03 b- 1-U!; 7;4HAM:NORrMkRNCNG To the best of my knowledge, apart from the exceptions listed above, the major draiaage improvements for Phasc One ofFossil Take Second Biting are constructed in substantial mmplimce with the design intent of the approved construction drawings.
