Please find enclosed a print of the Office Building for Jensen Homes with the as -built spot
elevations of the existing front detention pond improvements. Also enclosed is a copy of the
detention pond volume calculations which indicate that the as -built detention pond very nearly
matches the design volume. All drainage components of this detention pond have been installed,
including the grass sod. In order to`achieve the required detention pond volume, an asphalt
speed bump has been installed along the west end of the three parking bays. `{
Please accept this letter as a certification that the front detention pond facilities at the Jensen
Office Building have been installed in accordance with the requirements of this project from an
engineering standpoint. Please grant the owner of this project the final certificate of occupancy.
