Project Number: ERC; 9775.00 Dear Glen: an �r C. a, We have completed our review of the as -built survey information for the above referenced lots. According to the Development Agreement for Fairbrooke Heights P.U.D., the above referenced lots require certification from a licensed professional engineer that the lowest opening to any house built on these lots is at or above the minimum allowable as specified on the approved utility plans. The field work. for this certification was completed by Landstar Surveying, Inc. of Loveland, Colorado. Lot 38 is located at the east end of Indian Peaks Place and is adjacent to the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal. Minimum opening elevations have been confirmed as well as finished grades adjacent to the canal. The minimum opening elevation on Lot 38 is 16.89 and the minimum required, as specified on the approved grading plan, is 15.0. Lot 39 is located at the east end of Indian Peaks Place and is adjacent to the Pleasant Valley and Lake Canal. Minimum opening elevations have been confirmed as well as finished grades adjacent to the canal. The minimum opening elevation on Lot 39 is 16.89 and the minimum required, as specified on the approved grading plan, is 14.0. This certification serves to confirm finished grades are in compliance with the approved final Grading Plan by Northern Engineering Services, Inc.. To the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, the grading of Lots 38 and 39 are in substantial compliance with the design intent of the approved construction drawings and with the development agreement.
