I have checked the drainage and grading facilities along the rear line of lots 205, 206 and
207 in English Ranch Fourth. Our survey crew has surveyed the as built elevations of the floors,
lot grading and swale.
The area inlet located on lot 205 is installed per the approved plans, and a swale has been
graded from this inlet along the rear of lots 205, 206 and 207. This swale picks up the rear yard
flows from lots 205, 206, 207 and 208 and it has been graded low enough so that it also picks up
the rear yard flow from the existing lots located to the west.
I have attached a redline print of the grading plan showing the as built elevations and a
section through the rear yard swale.
The houses are set very high so there is no possibility of them being flooded.
These houses were constructed by G. Bever Construction, and they hope to have a closing
this Friday, December 15, 1995.
