GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lots 55, 56-& 57, Faii-brooke Heights,_ P.U.D.- 1827 Somerville Drive, Buildings "A",
B , and C
This is to certify that on January 11, 2002, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed multi -family
buildings on Lot 55, 56 & 57, were surveyed under my supervision. Building "A" had been certified
October 29, 2001 but I included it again with Buildings "C" and "D" so that the entire development
would be on one plat.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan, prepared by Landmark Engineering Ltd.
