This is to certify that on October 2, 2001, the "AS BUILT" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed multi -family
building on Lot 55, were surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan, prepared by Landmark Engineering Ltd.
