We have surveyed the as -built elevations of the grading, and floor elevations on the residence constructed by Pitner Homes, Ltd., (Rick Pitner). The lot grading is in substantial compliance with the grading shown on the approved plan and the floor grades are above the minimum elevations indicated on the approved plan. The apparent high water line of the detention pond behind the lots is at elevation 5111, so the lowest floors are several feet above the highest water. I have attached a site plan of the lot which shows the surveyed grades, and also attached is a copy of the approved grading plan. Please call if you have any questions.
