Dear Glen:
Re: Lots 2A and 2B,, Replat of the Replat of Lots 1 and 2,
Evergreen Park, Third Filing
The four buildings and parking lot have been constructed on these lots.
The top of foundation plans are according to the approved overlot grading plan.
The onsite grading is also completed, and there is good positive drainage away
from the building as required and is generally in compliance with the grading
plan.
The asphalt parking lot is constructed and flows to the south. The
inverted crown was not installed in the center of the parking lot. The south
edge of the parking lot flows west to east to Sugarpine Street. The developer
has agreed to place a concrete or asphalt curb along the south edge of the
parking lot to eliminate runoff from flowing onto the property to the south.
All runoff will then be directed to Sugarpine Street as originally designed.
The gravel filter .at the existing curb chase on Sugarpine Street is no
longer in place. The site is scheduled for sodding as soon as the weather
permits; therefore, the chase is no longer required.
If you have any questions or need any further information regarding this
project, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Franklin D. Blake, P.E.
