Second Filing Phase Two (Area west of Kingsley Drive) sEP t We have checked the installation and surveyed the grades of the drainage facilities in this development. These facilities consist of catch basins on Stonehaven Drive, Sunstone Drive and Paddington Road located at the west side of Kingsley Drive, and of concrete drain pans along rear lot lines. The locations and grades of the concrete drain pans and catch basin inlets are all constructed in substantial compliance with the approved grading drainage and erosion control plan. The surveyed grades are shown in red on the attached print of the grading, drainage and erosion control plan. Also shown on the print are "As -Built' flow line grades of the curb and gutter. All of the "As -Built' grades are in compliance with the approved plans, and the slopes of the pans and gutters are at or above the minimum of 0.4 percent. Please call if you have any questions.
