We have surveyed the "As Built" elevations of the lot grading, floor elevations and lowest
openings. The grading of the swale along the west side of the lot and the overlot grading is in
compliance with the approved grading plan.
The floor elevations are higher than those called for on the grading plan, and the lowest
openings (top of window wells) are more than 1 foot above any possible high water elevations in
the adjacent swales.
. The "As Built" elevations are shown in red on the attached plot plan. Also attached is a
copy of that portion of the grading plan which shows Lot 37.
This builder of the home on Lot 37 is Mr. Rick Pitner of Pitner Homes Ltd.
