We have surveyed the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading, floor elevations and lowest
openings. The drainage swale along the east side of the lot and the overlot grading is in
compliance with the approved grading plan.
The floor elevations are higher than the minimum elevations indicated on the grading plan
and the lowest openings at the top of the window wells are more than one foot above the adjacent
side line swale elevations.
The surveyed elevations are shown in red on the attached plot plan, and a copy of that
portion of the grading plan which shows Lot 36 is also attached.
