Dear Basil:
We have been retained by Landstar Surveying to provide a drainage
certification for the above referenced lot. The field work for this certification was
performed by Landstar Surveying and was provided to Northern Engineering on
December 15, 1997.
We have completed our review of the as -built survey information. According
to the Development Agreement for Fairbrooke Heights P.U.D., the above referenced
lot requires certification from a licensed professional engineer that the lot grading,
and lot corner elevations are in accordance with the approved utility plans. Lot 34 is
located on the north side of Indian Peaks Place as shown on the enclosed plan.
Finished grades at the lot corners and the side -lot swales along the east and west
propertylines have been verified. This certification serves to confirm finished grades
are in compliance with the approved final Grading Plan by Northern Engineering
Services, Inc..
It is to the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, that the grading of Lot
34 is in substantial compliance with the design intent of the -approved construction
drawings and with the development agreement. 'If you require additional information
