The fieldwork for this certification was performed by Northern Engineering Services, Inc. on December 9, 1997. We have completed our review of the as -built survey information. According to the Development Agreement for Fairbrooke Heights P.U.D., the above referenced lot requires certification from a licensed professional engineer that the lot grading, and lot corner elevations are in accordance with the approved utility plans. Lot 31 is located near the intersection of Somerville Drive and Indian Peaks Place as shown on the enclosed plan. Finished grades at the lot corners and the high point along the south propertyline have been verified. This certification serves to confirm finished grades are in compliance with the approved final Grading Plan by Northern Engineering Services, Inc.. It is to the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, that the grading of Lot 31 is in substantial compliance with the design intent of the approved construction drawings and with the development agreement.
