address. During our investigation, we measured the top of.
foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the swales
on either side and the rear of the lot.
Tn our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern Engineering
Service, Job No. 9537.00, dated April 2, 1996.
