Gentlemen:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above referenced address. During our
investigation, we measured the top of foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the
swales on either side of the lot.
In our opinion, the elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the grading plan
completed by Northern Engineering Service, Job No. 9537.00.

The minimum opening elevations for Lots 23 and 24 of the above referenced project have been
revised from 16.5 to 14.0. Our mylars have been revised to reflect this modification. Individual
drainage certifications for these two lots should refer to this revised minimum opening elevation
of 14.0.
