Gentlemen:
We have determined the relative elevations for the above
referenced address. During our investigation, we measured the
top of foundation, lowest opening, lot sides and corners, and the
swales on either side of the lot.
in our opinion, the alevaticns as measured are in substantial
conformance with the grading plan completed by Northern
Engineering Servii:e, Job No. 9537.00, dated April 2, 1996.
However, the area on the east property line still had material
which will need to be removed when weather conditions pe-Mir..
