This letter serves as final grading and drainage certification for the above referenced site
according to the requirements of the Stormwater Utility for release of certificate of occupancy.
This includes drainage facilities and swales. All final grading has been completed. The grading
and drainage system functions properly and conforms to the general intent of the original
subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility Plans for Fairbrooke
Heights P.U.D. by Northern Engineering Services; Northern Project No: 9537.00; Date of Utility
plan approval by Director of Engineering: 06/96.
Attached are the record field shots obtained for the site. Also attached is a copy of that portion
of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the subdivision utility plans, of which
this site is a part. This is for reference only.
The following summarizes the recommended elevations noted on the Final Grading and Erosion
Control Plan for purposes of immediate reference:
TF minimum top of foundation
MOE minimum opening elevation
