Dear Mr. Hamdan:
In response to your letter dated July 9, 1997, we have added
the items that you requested. A copy of the previously submitted
drawing.
In a conversation with Mr. Eric Booton, we were informed that
Gerrard Excavating was adding the gravel inlet filter at the south
end of Rawahs Way, and repairing the' silt fence (Items 1 & 3 of
your letter).
The additional Items 2, 4, and 5 have been circled in red on
the attached blue line print.

Re: Field Verification of Drainage Certification for
Fairbrooke Heights
\Dear John:
Field verification of the partially certified drainage utilities for Fairbrooke Heights was
completed. The following items have been found to be in need of attention. These items
must be addressed before approval of the as -built plans can be given.
1. The gravel inlet filter shown on the approved plans at the south end of the cul-de-sac
of Rawahs Way is not in place. Please install this inlet filter.
�2 Please show and certify the cross-section of the swale below the inlet on the cul-de-sac
of Rawahs way. Include the 100 year water surface elevation for the cross-section.
3. The silt fence just east of the Rawahs Way cul-de-sac is in need of repair.
The pipe taking flow from the inlet on Rawahs Way needs to be shown and certified
on the as -built plans.
Elevation shots need to be shown for the cross -pans on Somerville Drive and Zirkels
Court.
Please feel free to call with any questions you may have.
