This is to certify to the City of Fort Collins that the stormwater system on Lots 18 and 19,
Block 3, Replat (No. 1) Evergreen Park, Fort Collins, Colorado, have been completed.
The 15" storm drain along Red Cedar Circle, the concrete pan in the North loading area,
the concrete pan in the South parking lot and the concrete pan in the alley have been installed.
The detention pond has been graded, and the restriction plate has been installed. The "as built"
detention volume is 13,380 cubic feet, and the required volume is 11,456 cubic feet.
The site is in the Dry Creek Flood Plain. The "as built" finish floor is 4974.26, and the
required elevation is 4974.25.
The total storm drainage system has been constructed in substantial compliance with the
approved drainage plan and drainage report.
