A survey of the finished grade at 806 Sitka Street, was conducted by personnel under my
direct supervision, January 19, 2001. The survey was performed using the top of the back
of the sidewalk at the northwest corner of the subject lot as having an assumed elevation
of 62.60 feet, as shown on the attached site plan.
The attached site plan, as part of this Certificate, has the as -built ground elevations shown
in the clouded figures. The finished elevations are in general conformance with those
shown on the site plan. Drainage is away from the structure in all directions with the
lowest opening being the top of a window well on the northerly side of the residence with
an elevation of 64,93 feet.
