A survey of the finished grade on Lot 7, Block 2, Third Replat of Evergreen Park Second
Filing was conducted by personnel under my direct supervision on May 14, 2001. The
survey was performed using a nail and shiner as an offset for the southwest corner of the
lot having an assumed elevation of 62.9 feet, as shown on the attached site plan.
The attached copy of the Site Plan, as part of this Certificate, has the as -built elevations
shown in the clouded figures. These elevations are in general conformance with the Site
Plan. The finished floor is more than one foot higher than shown, and the adjacent grades
are generally lower than shown. The lowest opening in the structure is a window well on
the northeast side of the house with an elevation of 64.1. All drainage is away from the
structure in all directions.
1, Mark F. Corbridge, a duly registered Land Surveyor in the State of Colorado, do hereby
state that this Elevation Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots taken by personnel
under my direct supervision at the described site on May 14, 2001. As -built elevations
may change subsequent to this field date due to natural or man-made causes.
