A survey of the finished grades at 756 Sitka Street was conducted by personnel under my
direct supervision on December 27, 2000. the survey was performed using the top back
of the sidewalk at the southwest corner of the lot with an assumed elevation of 62.30 feet
as shown on the attached site plan. As -built elevations are in the clouded figures and are
in general conformance with the attached site plan.
The finished grade near the residence is 1 to 1.5 feet lower than shown on the site plan,
although drainage is still away from the structure in all directions. The lowest elevation of
an op �p structure is the top of a window well on the east side with an elevation
of 63.10 elevations shown on the attached site plan by the clouded figures,
may o the date of the survey due to natural or artificial actions.
