A survey of the finished grade at 752 Sitka Street was conducted by personnel under my
direct supervision on February 14, 2001. The survey was performed using the brass disk
as an offset for the southeast corner of the lot with an assumed elevation of 62.30 feet as
shown on the attached Site Plan.
The attached Site Plan, as a part of this certificate, has the as -built elevations shown in the
clouded figures. Finished elevations on the lot are in general conformance with those
shown on the Site Plan. Drainage is away from the structure in all directions with the
lowest opening being a window well on the east side of the structure, having a elevation of
65.2 feet. As -built elevations shown may change subsequent to the date of this survey due
to natural or artificial actions.
