A survey of the finished grade at 807 Sitka Street was conducted by personnel under my
direct supervision on February 14, 2001. The survey was performed using the brass disk
as an offset for the northeast corner of the lot with an assumed elevation of 61.40 feet as
shown on the attached Site Plan,

The attached Site Plan, as a part of this certificate, has the as -built elevations shown in the
clouded figures. Finished elevations near the structure are 0.5 to 1' higher than shown on
the Site Plan with elevations at the lot corners in relative conformance with the Plan. An
apparent swale on the westerly line of the lot appears to be in conformance with the Site
Plan.
Drainage is away from the structure in all directions with the lowest opening being a
window well on the east side of the structure, having a elevation of 64.8 feet. As -built
elevations shown may change subsequent to the date of this survey due to natural or
artificial actions.

state that this Elevation Certificate is the direct result of elevation shots taken by me or by
