A survey of the finished grade at'_747-Sitka-Street was conducted by personnel under my
direct supervision on October 26, 2000. The survey was performed using the property
corner at the southeast corner of the lot with an assumed elevation of 4961.9 feet as
shown on the attached site plan. As -built elevations are in the clouded figures and are in
general conformance with the attached site plan.
Drainage is away from the structure in all directions, with the lowest elevation of an
opening being a window sill on the southerly side of the structure with an elevation of
4965.9 feet_ As -built elevations shown on the attached site plan may change subsequent
to the date of the survey due to natural or artificial actions.
