Re: Drainage Certification for;Lot 132 Block 3, Fossil Lake PUD, First Filing_
Dear Lisa,
We recently performed an as -built survey for the above -referenced lot (5903'Twin Wash %
iSquare) to verify whether its grading met the approved grading and drainage" plan. Spot
elevations were checked at pertinent locations and compared to the grading plan. The enclosed
drawing shows these as -built elevations, which have been rectified with the datum used for the.
approved site grading plan.
In general, the lot and building meet the requirements of the grading and drainage plan and
there is positive drainage away from the building on all sides. The rear lot line is the highest
point on the lot, with drainage being directed around the side of the house toward the front, onto
Twin Wash Square. The first floor elevation is 4918.70, which is 0.6 feet lower than the
designed top of foundation elevation of 4919.3. The final grade around the house ranges from
4916.4 to 4917.3. The grading for the lot provides for positive drainage away from the house. It
appears that there are no irregularities in the grading of the drainage channel (no humps or low
spots).
It is our recommendation that the CO for Lot 13, Block 3 be released since the Builder graded
the lot to meet design drainage patterns. If you have any questions, please call.
