I hereby state that the elevations and drainage pattern shown on the enclosed Final Grade
Survey Plan were devolopod from a survey performed on the referenced property on April 21,
2005, and accurately and truly depict the elevations as they existed on this date. The elevations
surveyed ,lase in general compliance with the elevations shown on the master grading plan for
the lot. The relative elevatiurts as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey,
due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion
by wind or water or other factors. Therefore, this survey may not accurately depict the
elevations and drainage pattern of the ref d property after the date of the survey.

You, the homeowner must maintain these elevations and grades to properly drain the water
away from your house. The builder of your home will not cover damage to your home caused
as a result of.changes made in the finished grades.

provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made in
the finished drainage grades. Therefore, it is your responsibility to maintain the grades as set
