We have measured the relative elevations for the over lot grading at Loof 8,J31ock_6, Fossil Lake Ranch (3143
Twin Wash_Squ_. -11 arimer County , Colorado. During the investigation, we measured -elevations -at the"
lot -sides andcorners, top of foundation, lowest opening; and the drainage swales on the east and west sides
of the subject lot,
Based on our observations, and the information available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured
are in substantial conformance with the Grading and Erosion Control Plan completed by Northern
Engineering Services, Job Number 9812.00E LF.
Furthermore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, should not in with offsite flows unless
the grades are changed or barriers are created such as fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any
landscaping which may change the established now patterns by diverting or slowing runoff flow. Backfill
adjacent to the residence may settle over time and allow ponding to occur around the foundation walls. The
hackftll adjacent to the residence must hi; monitored and maintained by the humeownerto ensure that runoff
will (low away from the foundation.
