GRADING CERTIFICATION
For Lot 8, Block 4, Fossil Lake P.U.D. First Filing, 5901 Falling Water Drive.
This is to certify that on July 13, 2001, the "AS BUILT' elevations of the lot grading, building
floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on Lot 8, were
surveyed under my supervision.
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
