Re: Drainage Certification for Lot 8, Block 3, Fossil Lake PUD, First Filing
Dear Lisa,
We recently performed an as -built survey for the above -referenced lot to verify whether its
grading met the approved grading and drainage plan. Spot elevations were checked at .
pertinent locations and compared to the grading plan. The enclosed drawing shows these as -
built elevations.
In general, the lot and building meet the requirements of the grading and drainage plan and
there is positive drainage away from the building on all sides. The final grade adjacent to the
garage is 4914.571 the garage floor elevation is 4914.92. The final grade'around the remainder
of the house ranges from 4914.9 to 4915.8; which is sufficiently below the finished floor
elevation of 4917.42.
The intended drainage patterns are met by the grading on this lot: the grading for the lot
provides for positive drainage away from the house, but also allows the back yard to drain east
to Twin Wash Square as shown on the grading plan.
It is our recommendation that the CO for Lot 8, Block 3 be released since the Builder graded the
lot to meet design drainage patterns. If you have any questions, please call.
