The permit referenced above was for "add storage shed on west side of building
for C.B. Potts". The shed is actually a building addition which was designed and
built concurrently with other additions under Permit #93 1835 issued on the
same day. This addition is within 6 inches of the property line and is close to the
existing detention area of the Diamond Shamrock convenience store.
I have inspected this area before, during, and after the building construction and
can assure you that none of the grades on the Diamond Shamrock property were
altered. There was and is a flat shelf of land approximately 8 feet wide between
the building addition and the brow of the detention area. Neither the capacity nor
details of the drainage facility were not affected.
1 will enclose some pictures and documentation for your review. Our hope is that
