Fossil Lake PUD,_First Filing_ Dear Lisa, We recently performed an as -built survey for the above -referenced lot (3239 Kingfisher_Court)_to verify whether its grading met the approved grading and drainage plan `"Spot elevations were checked at pertinent locations and compared to the grading plan. The enclosed drawing shows these as -built elevations. In general, the lot and building meet the requirements of the grading and drainage plan and there is positive drainage away from the building on all sides. The final grade adjacent to the garage is 4912.0; the garage floor elevation -is 4912.1. The final grade around the remainder of the house ranges from 491.2.1 to 4912.9; which is sufficiently below the first floor elevation of 4915.3. The intended drainage patterns are met by the grading on this lot: the grading for the lot provides for positive drainage away from the house, but also allows the back yard to drain north to Kingfisher Court as shown on the grading plan. It is our recommendation that the CO for Lot 6; Block 7 be released since the Builder graded the . .lot to meet design drainage patterns. If you have any questions, please call.
