Re: Drainage Certification for Fort Collins Club Expansion
Dear Jay,
We recently surveyed the water quality pond located at the Fort Collins Club at 1307 East
Prospect Road. Spot elevations were checked at pertinent locations to verify the water quality
pond volume and elevations. The enclosed 24" x 36" drawing shows as -built elevations (hand-
written). In addition a volume calculation spreadsheet for the pond is enclosed as well as a
Drainage Site Certification Checklist.
The water quality pond volume is 189 cubic feet. Spot elevations were taken at the pond low
point, water quality control flow control plate discharge hole, top of the water quality control
structure, and pond spillway invert. The spot elevations were within 0.36" — 4.0" of the design:
elevations. All elements associated with this pond are in general conformance with the, design
plan sheet enclosed. Final seeding will be completed in the pond area following approval of.this
drainage certification.
It is my recommendation that the Certificate of Occupancy for this property be released. If you
have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
Ayres Associates Inc
