Good morning all,
Wow, I was surprised to hear the site plan was never routed to your department. Anyhow, here is the site plan
for the church addition. The two additions that are east infill existing concrete areas so there is no new
impervious at those locations. The narthex expansion on the north only adds 398 sq. ft. of new impervious, and
that may be incorrect as the existing landscape areas are more impervious than not. Mulch over 6 mil. Poly weed
barrier. We have no new parking or any other surface improvements proposed.
The additions do not exceed the 25% rule as per land use code 1.6.5(B) so compliance with current general
development standards would not be required.
