Dear Mr. Schlueter:
This is regarding certification of drainage facilities in English Ranch P.U.D., Sixth Filing.
Carrington Road and its storm drain and curb inlets were constructed with the English Ranch
Fifth Filing and have been certified. The detention pond that is North of the Sixth Filing has been
constructed with the Fourth Filing and has been certified. The curb, gutter and sidewalks and the
paving of the streets in the Sixth Filing have been completed. The pan across Eastgate Lane at
County Road 9 has also been completed.
All of the improvements were constructed in compliance with the approved utility plans.
Please release the issuance of all building permits in English Ranch P.U.D., Sixth Filing.
