The City of Fort Collins Stormwater Utility 235 Mathews Fort Collins, CO. 80529 RE: -Drainage Certification East-Drake Terrace-P.-U- Building F Project Number: 9758.00 Dear Basil: This is the fourth partial drainage certification for the above referenced project and will include Building's C, F and G (see enclosed plan). Building D is the only structure remaining to be certified as part of this development. The developer has requested a separate certification letter for each building therefore, you will find three letters contained in this submittal. Previous certifications, completed in 1995, have already verified curb and gutter flowline elevations and high points in the parking lot. Building F is located in the southwest corner of the site. This certification verifies that the finished grading surrounding the building is in substantial compliance with the approved Grading and Drainage Plans. A field inspection of the building and finished grading was conducted on Tuesday, September 2, 1997 by the project engineer. The following is a summary of the observations made at the site during this field visit. 1) Building D is the only remaining structure to be constructed; 2) Building's B, E and H were all constructed and certified in 1995; 3) Landscaping surrounding Building's C, F and G is complete; 4) There are no downs pouts directed to the west on Building C. Items to be certified in association with this project include: 1.) Verification of flowline elevations and grades in the parking areas and location of high points in the drive entrances, 2.) Verification of finished grades surrounding the proposed buildings, 3.) Confirmation of the discharge location of down spouts on Buildings B, C and D. 420 SOUTH HOWES, SUITE 202, FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 80521, (970) 221-4158, FAX (970) 221-4159 East Drake Terrace P.U.D.
