Fa 2?0M gait && a, &0 80527 (970) 43-2809' 57,47 (170) 495- 9735 October 29, 2001 Larimer County Engineering Department ATTN: Lisa Dunn 218 West Mountain Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80521 RE: Drainage Certification for Lot 6, Block 6, Fossil Lake P.U.D., First Filing, North Property, Larimer County, Fort Collins (aka 3206 Twin Wash Square),) Dear Lisa: On October 29, 2001, we observed the site located on at 3206 Twin Wash Square. The site had been final graded. In addition to our observation, Absolute Surveying obtained spot elevations at numerous spots throughout the site. Please refer to the attached elevation sheet. - Based on our observation and the attached surveyed information, the site appeared to drain away from the building: The eastern side of the lot drained towards a swale that drains southerly to Twin Wash Square. The lot front and western side drained toward the southern and western property boundaries, respectively. The back of the lot (northern side) drains towards the western boundary except for the most eastern portion that drains to the swale mentioned above. The existing grading follows the proposed grading. Our recommendations were based on our observation on the date noted above.
