Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Dear Jay, S RECEIVED MAY 2 8 2003 Please find enclosed the red -lined "AS -BUILT" survey of the grading on Lot 9, Fossil Creek Office Park East which is 105 Coronado Court. The grading was done in substantial compliance with the Grading Plan prepared by Stewart & Associates, Inc., except at the Southeast corner of Lot 9 where there needs some grading to allow / 02 the runoff to flow in the curb and gutter of Lot 8 to the curb and gutter on the West side of the Frontage Road. I informed Dohn Construction what was needed and they agreed to do the grading. Also, the gutter flowing Southwesterly from the trash enclosure was extended through the proposed island rather than the gutter being built around the island and Southwesterly to Cameron Drive. The concrete pan was not built. The runoff will flow Easterly to the Frontage Road, rather down Cameron Drive. If you have any questions regarding this. certificate, please call.
