Dear Jay,
Please find enclosed the "AS BUILT" survey of the grading for Lot Two, I st Stop Plaza
Minor Subdivision. Building "A" was constructed and the parking area South and East of the
building has been completed.
The detention pond South of Building `B" was partially graded and the outlet pipe and orifice
plate were built. The drainage channel from the outlet pipe to Dry Creek was regraded. There is no
hard surfacing in Lot One except what was described above. There is no increased drainage to Basin
"B" at this time.
The grading for Building "A" is in substantial compfiance with the Grading And Drainage Plan
approved March 12, 1997.
