To the best of my knowledge, the surveyed grading is in compliance with the approved grading plan for this lot and subdivision as shown on the approved utility plans_ The relative elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion b wind or water or other factors. In addition, It Is our understanding that the RWC limited warranty protection on your residence provided by your Builder will not cover structural damage oaused as a result of changes made in the finished drainage grades.
