This is to verify that on June 10, 2004 the "As -Built" elevations of the lot grading,
building floors and lowest openings (top of window wells) of the newly constructed residence on
Lot 2 were surveyed under my supervision. ,�
The grades and drainage patterns are in substantial compliance with approved grading
plan.
