Please find enclosed the "As Built" red lined grading plan for Lot 12, Cameron Park Second
Filing which is now known as Fossil Creek Office Park P.U.D.
The grading has been completed in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan
dated October 28, 1997. The timber retaining wall has not been completed. All of the material
for the retaining wall is on site, ready to be installed.
