Co //e, y e 1357-3 3 Please find enclosed a print of the Office Building for Jensen Homes with the as -built spot elevations of the existing improvements within the lot. Also enclosed is a• copy of the original available detention pond calculations from ,the drainage report. All drainage components have been installed within the site as noted on the print. Each detention pond top elevation has been constructed, due to construction constraints and tolerances, a little lower than originally designed. Thus during a 100 year storm event, very minor amounts ofstorm water will escape from each detention pond once the ponds are full. We believe that the contractor who constructed the, improvements within this lot has made every effort possible, given the site constraints, to provide the detention volumes required per the drainage report. Please issue your departments notice that the certificate of occupancy may proceed from a storm drainage standpoint for the Jensen Homes Office Building.
