Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Dear Glen: Please find enclosed an "As Built" survey of the drainage swales along the easterly and westerly boundaries of Flagstone Patio Homes P.U.D. The concrete pan is completed in the westerly Swale, and the Swale is graded to the existing detention pond on both boundary lines. The pan and swales were built in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan. The inverted crowned private street is also "As Built." If you have any questions regarding the swales or the street, please call. The developer is trying to obtain a certificate of occupancy on Lot ll. Thank you for your help in this matter.
