Dear Glen:
Please find enclosed a red —lined "As Built" survey of the drainage Swale
along the Westerly boundary of Flagstone Patio Homes P.U.D. The concrete pan
is completed, and the swale is graded to the existing detention pond. The
pan and swale were built in substantial compliance with the approved grading
plan.
If you have any questions regarding this swale, please call. The developer
is trying to get a certificate of occupancy on Lot 2. Thank you for your help
in this matter.
