We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced address. During the i .ivestigation,
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, and the drainage swale which
begins in the vicinity of the center portion of the back yard and flows down the either side of the
subject lot.
The elevations, as measured, were typically higher than indicated on the master grading plan. Our
representative noted that the lots to the east of the subject lot (Lots 40 and 41, Block 2) had a
fencing and landscaping established at the time of our investigation. One of the lots to the south
of the subject lot (Lot 36, Block 2) had fencing and landscaping established at the time of our
investigation. The lot to the west of the subject lot (Lot 38, Block 2) was unoccupied at the time
of our investigation. Based on our observations and the information available to this office, the
slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance with the FIIA grading plan
completed by Northern Engineering Services, Job No. 9435.00, dated February 20, 1995.
Furthermore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, will not interfere with offsite flows, nor
cause runoff to flow into another residence unless the grades are changed or barriers are created such
as; fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the established
flow patterns by diverting or slowing runoff flow.
